などの酷評がズラリと並び、
主催の香港無線電視（TVB）や審査員たちに対しても
「裏取引があったのでは？」「審査員に黒幕がいる」
といった疑いの目が向けられている。

今回のコンテストで総合司会を担当した、
俳優のエリック・ツァン（曾志偉）も結果に驚き、
「グランプリはもとより、
準々ミスにも張嘉兒を選んだ審査員はいなかったんじゃないの？」
と周囲に漏らしていたという。

今回、批判のやりだまになった当の本人張嘉兒ですが、
この批評に対し、インタビューでは
「私は精一杯やったから、誰かが何も言っても気にしない
　受賞からずっと忙しくて、パソコンを立ち上げる時間がないので見てない」

とのコメントを出しています。

これがやらせだったとしたら、ここまで批判されるとは思っても見なかったのでは？
もしくは、この批判が既に狙っていたものだとしたら、相当やり手ですね（笑）
